Atrium
Atrium on a phone: the same hotel panel laid out for a small screen, with a side drawer menu, so the front desk, housekeepers and the owner carry arrivals, housekeeping, repairs and bookings with them instead of leaving them at the desk. A guest gets their own self-service link with no account: they send a request to housekeeping, the front desk, maintenance or the concierge and follow it in a conversation with the team.
Overview
Atrium is a panel for running a hotel, and a hotel is a place where almost nobody sits at a desk. Housekeepers walk the floors, the maintenance person stands by the fault, the front desk steps out to a guest, and the owner is often not on site at all. That is why the Atrium panel has a full phone layout, and the guest gets their own portal to open on their own phone without an account.
The hotel panel in your pocket
On a phone the panel folds the menu into a side drawer, and the top bar keeps the property picker, notifications, the language and the account. The day's dashboard shows arrivals, departures, rooms to clean, balances due and open issues, and each of them leads straight to the right screen.
Housekeeping and repairs from the floor
Housekeeping assigns rooms to housekeepers, and rooms with an arrival today come first on the list. A housekeeper changes a room's status right after cleaning it, without walking back to the front desk, and a fault is reported from the spot where it is seen. Maintenance has a list of issues with the repair cost, and the front desk sees the room's new status on the floor map the same moment.
A guest portal with no account
the front desk creates a self-service link for the guest and copies it straight from the guest card.
the guest writes what they need, picks a category: housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, concierge or other, and adds a note.
the request has a status and a message thread where the team replies and the guest adds details.
the guest sees when the request has been resolved.
The link needs no account and no app to install. Once it expires, the guest sees a request to ask the front desk for a new one.
Permissions and the activity log
The same roles and permissions apply on the phone as in the browser, and every action, including creating a guest link, stays in the hotel's activity log. The panel speaks Polish and English.
