Sample server store on a phone: a support goal, a 30-day VIP rank and a sale with the lowest 30-day price

A purchase from the player's side, from package to purchase history

Three store screens, each with one job: choice, consent and proof of purchase. Between the consent and the history, the rank reaches the game.

  • Package list in the server store

    Packages with full details

Players see exactly what they get and for how long, before they even join the server. Every package lists what it gives, how long it lasts and its gross price, and a switch at the top shows the offer for each server in the network separately. On a discount the lowest price from the last 30 days sits next to the new one, worked out by the store from price history, and a support goal bar shows how much is missing for a reward for every player. The store has no items that give an in-game advantage and no capes, so it stays within Mojang's guidelines.

  • Paying for a rank with consent to immediate delivery

    Payment with consent

The player enters their in-game name and an email for the receipt, sees next to the name that the account exists on the server, and learns that the rank will wait for them if they are offline. They pay by BLIK, a fast transfer through Przelewy24 or a card from outside Poland, and can also buy the package as a gift for another player or enter a voucher code. Before paying they tick acceptance of the store terms and a separate consent to immediate delivery, which says they lose the right of withdrawal once it is delivered. The text of both consents comes back to them by email and stays in the order history, so the store has proof in a complaint or a chargeback.

  • Purchase history in the player account

    Purchase history

A player account with history and receipts, as Mojang's guidelines require. At the top sits the active rank with its end date and when the store will send a reminder before it expires, and when the account is linked to Discord, the role on the Discord server goes away together with the rank. Below, every purchase has its date, payment method and status: an active rank, a delivered item, an expired rank, a gift or a support goal. Players download the receipts with their consents as PDF, so they do not write to an admin asking what they bought and when.

A marketplace platform or your own store

Payment confirmed once, reward granted once

A payment operator can send the same notification several times. The store has to survive that without a double rank.

All three carry the same payment ID.
A repeated notification breaks nothing

An order paid earlier is simply skipped. The amount from the operator must match the order.

Record and queue in one transaction

Refunds, chargebacks and abuse

When a bank reverses a payment, the store reacts on its own and the admin gets the full picture.

Sample order dispute in the admin panel: evidence gathered automatically, the store's own actions and the admin's decision
  1. Evidence gathered on its own

The exact wording the player ticked before paying, with a date. Without it a complaint is hard to defend.

    • What and for how much
    • Consents recorded at purchase
    • When and where it was delivered
  2. The store reacts on its own

Further purchases from that account wait for the admin's decision.

    • Chargeback notice
    • Reward revoked
    • Store account blocked
  3. Evidence and decision

Order history, consents and delivery logs in one view. The admin starts a refund requested by a player from the panel, and the reward is revoked automatically once the refund is booked.

Vouchers, promotions and support goals

Sales tools the admin runs alone, while the store makes sure they stay within the rules.

  • A voucher with a use limit and expiry date

The player sees a code field in the cart and a clear message when the code has expired.

  • A weekend package price cut

The player sees the reduced price and the lowest price from the last 30 days.

  • A support goal with a server-wide reward

The player sees a progress bar and a reward for all players, not only supporters.

  • A package gifted to another player

The player sees a field for the recipient's name and an in-game message from the giver.

Store terms, game rules and the payment operator

You write the store terms, the game's owner decides what may be sold, and money and refunds go through the payment operator. The store keeps to all three at once.

  1. Your store terms

You write and change the wording yourself in the admin panel.

    • The player accepts them before every payment
    • The consent is saved with the terms version and the date
    • The purchase receipt attaches the version in force on the day of purchase
  2. Game rules

When quoting, we tell you which packages fit your game's guidelines and which need changing.

    • Minecraft: no gameplay advantage for money and no capes, with prices before joining and an online purchase history
    • FiveM: no in-game currency for real money, no loot boxes and no cash-out mechanics
    • SCP:SL: per Northwood's rules for verified servers
  3. Payment operator

The store acts on its notifications, a reversed payment included.

    • BLIK and fast transfers through Przelewy24, cards from abroad through Stripe
    • When a player asks for a refund, you start it from the panel, and the store revokes the reward once it is booked
    • No platform commission, only the operator's fee
  4. Outside the store

Taxes, invoices and the server rules

    • Taxes stay on your side
    • The store can issue invoices, but through your accounting system
    • The server rules and game mode descriptions are on the server website
