VulCode

The VulCode team: who runs, builds and maintains your project

A team of professionals stands behind VulCode, and you talk about your project directly with the person who runs it, with no needless go-betweens. Below: the roles in a project, work you can check and the places where we talk.

Who is responsible for what

The roles in a project and what passes from hand to hand. You talk to the person who runs the project, and behind them stands a team that writes the code, launches it and maintains it after launch.

You

The goal, the decisions and the acceptance

  • Goal, scope and timing

You say what you want to build and by when.

Project lead: a quote with the scope of work and stages
  • Feedback and prototype approval

Before any code is written, you click through a prototype of the key screens.

  • Acceptance

You review the test version, report fixes and receive the code and access.

Maintenance and support: final acceptance, from which the warranty runs

Project lead

Your contact from the first message to care after launch.

  • First talk and quote

A reply within an hour: questions or a quote straight away.

  • Plan and interface design

Architecture, screen layout and flow before any code is written.

You: a clickable prototype of the key screens
  • A weekly summary

What was done, what is next and what we need from you.

Code and launch

We pick the technology for the problem, not the other way round.

  • Code and integrations

    Frontend, backend, APIs, payments, panels.

  • Servers and launch

    Domain, hosting, certificates, backups.

You: a test version on a server, with a domain and a certificate
  • Handover

After acceptance the project goes live, and the repository, documentation and access pass to your company.

Maintenance and support

The project stays in the care of the team that built it.

  • Warranty

We fix bugs in our work at no extra cost, as standard for 90 days after final acceptance.

  • Tickets in the panel

Every ticket after launch keeps its history of replies in the client panel.

  • Updates and development

Fixes, updates and new features, and a maintenance plan covers longer care.
