VulCode

Company: story, brands, careers and documents

A software house from Kraków, Poland: who we are, the brands we build, the people behind them, who we are hiring, how we work with clients abroad and what our documents contain.

Everything in Company

29 pages in five groups: who we are, how to reach us, who we are hiring, our documents and what we have for the media.

From 2020 to today

Every stage added a new layer to what was already there: from the first websites through game servers and hosting support to our own software house and products. The earlier layers stay in the stack.

  1. 2020

    Websites: First lines of code

Simple static sites. Every next one taught something the previous one did not.

  2. Game servers: Servers and community

Our own SCP:SL servers and C# addons for them. The addons grew into Nebula, a plugin suite for server moderation and analytics, with its first real users.

  3. Hosting support: Support and marketing

Hundreds of technical tickets at MatHost: game servers, Discord bots, Pterodactyl and, over time, marketing. From the inside you see how many ways hosting can break.

  4. 2024

    Client projects: Client projects

Commissioned projects end to end, with a focus on architecture and infrastructure rather than one-off features.

  5. VulCode: Our own software house

VulCode: websites, panels and dashboards, applications and scalable platforms.

  6. Aphrodi: Branding and marketing

Aphrodi, a branding, digital and marketing studio, owns the visual language and strategy that complement what VulCode builds in code.

  7. Open source: Open source contributions

Code added to other people's open source projects, from developer tools to libraries. Some of our own tools, like vulp, are open too.

  8. Our own products: Our own platforms

Our own SaaS products: Flaem, a hosting platform with a Rust and Elixir core, Atrium for hotels and accommodation, and Lokal for restaurants.

The brands we build

The products we write and run ourselves, the founder's personal brand and the studios we work with.

Atrium: a hotel floor map with room statuses

Atrium

A panel for hotels and guesthouses: a live floor map, bookings, housekeeping and maintenance in one flow.

Lokal: a restaurant floor plan with its tables

Lokal

A panel for restaurants: a live floor plan, reservations, orders straight to the kitchen screen and stock tied to sales.

VulMail: the home page with an inbox

VulMail

Ad-free email on your own domain or at @vulmail.pl, in the browser, on your phone and in any email app.

VulBio: the home page with a preview of a vul.bio page

A page with links, a gallery, a contact form and a countdown at a short vul.bio/name address.

DualFroz

The personal brand of Michał Fox, founder and lead engineer of VulCode.

Aphrodi: the agency's home page
