Working with us: process, pricing and contracts
What working with us looks like from the first message: who runs the project, prices and quotes, billing models, the contract and code rights, staged payments, the warranty and care after launch. Every topic has its own page with the details, before you ask.
Everything about working with us on one map
Each page of this section covers one moment of a project. Find the stage you are at and start with its page.
- Working with usThe questions people ask before signing, and the pages that answer them, are in the next section.
Questions before you sign
The questions asked most often before a project starts, each with the shortest answer and the page with the details.
- What happens after the first message? How we workSeven steps: the quote, onboarding in the client panel, a prototype, the build, testing, release with the code handover and support after launch.
- Who will I talk to?Who you work withThe team is three people. You talk about the project directly to the developer who will quote and build it.
- How much does it cost?Pricing and quotesEvery project is quoted individually, for a written scope. The quote is free and holds for the scope written into it.
- How will we settle the bill?Billing modelsA fixed price for a written scope, time and materials or a subscription. We match the model to the project before the start.
- Who will own the code?Contracts and code rightsYou will. Once everything is paid, the economic rights to the code and the materials made for you pass to you (cl. 6.1).
- How and when do I pay?Payments and invoicingIn stages written into the order, most often in three equal parts: before the start, after a stage is accepted and after final acceptance.
- What if something stops working?WarrantyWe fix bugs caused by our work at no extra cost, as standard for 90 days after final acceptance.
- What happens after launch?Maintenance and supportHosting with monitoring, updates, backups and development, on a subscription or on request.
Before you sign
The working-with-us pages summarise the rules. The terms of service and the order for your project are binding.
What you get along the way
