Partnering with VulCode for agencies, studios and freelancers
We build under your brand, run the project together, give you part of our project, or you earn a commission on a client you refer. We sign one agreement for all projects, and you usually get the technical quote within an hour of the brief.
We write the model into the agreement before the first project. They differ in who runs the client, whose brand is on the project, who issues the invoice and what you get out of it.
White label
You sell and run the client, and we build under your brand: websites, stores, apps and integrations.
Who runs the client
You do. We join technical calls only when we agree to.
Whose brand
Yours, in the repository and documentation too.
Invoice to the client
From you, under your brand.
Code rights
After payment they pass to you or to your client.
What you earn
The difference between our technical price and your price to the client.
Everyone comes with something different and for something different. This is how working together usually looks, depending on what you do.
You bringHow we workYou get
Marketing or branding agency
You sell and run the client, and you want someone to write the code under your brand.
You bring
A design in Figma, the client brief with the feature list and access to the client's hosting.
How we work
White label or a technical contact: you talk to the client, and we join on technical matters if we agree to.
You get
A technical quote for your own offer, then a website or app built pixel-perfect, with its animations.
Design studio
You design identities and screens, and leave the build in code to us.
You bring
The visual identity and the screen design, and in a joint project your part of the wireframes and the prototype as well.
How we work
A joint project: we make the wireframes and the clickable prototype together, the design system and the code are ours. We can also give you the visual design of our projects.
You get
Your design in code pixel-perfect, with tokens and components in the repository.
Freelancer
You have clients who need something you do not do yourself.
You bring
A client or a part of a project you will not do yourself, such as an integration, a panel or an app.
How we work
A joint project when you keep your part, or a referral when you hand us the whole. When a client needs something we do not do, we recommend you.
You get
A solution you would not build yourself, or 10% of every paid invoice of the client you referred.
Business
You know businesses that need a website, a store or a system.
You bring
Contacts to businesses that need a website, a store, a panel or an integration.
How we work
The referral program with your panel link, and with regular referrals a standing partnership on individually agreed terms.
You get
A commission in your panel wallet that pays for our services, and as a standing partner a higher rate and marketing materials.
How a joint project runs
From your brief to the care after launch. Everything that happens on the project is in the client panel, on the same account that holds your invoices.
1The brief and the design
You hand over the design in Figma, the client brief with the feature list and access to the client's hosting. When the brand has no screen design yet, we make the wireframes and the clickable prototype together.Who: You
2The quote and the schedule
Every project gets its own technical quote, usually within an hour of the brief. The scope, dates and payment stages go into the order, and you see the stages with their dates in the Schedule tab.Who: VulCode
3The build on a test version
From the first days the project runs at a separate address. You ask your questions in the project chat to the person writing the code, and every week you get a summary: what was done, what is next and which decisions are needed.Who: VulCode
4Stage sign-offs
You sign off every stage on the test version before you show it to the client. We fix your notes and the client's before the sign-off, and the payment for a stage follows its sign-off.Who: You and VulCode
5The handover
After final sign-off you get the repository, the documentation and the access, and once paid the code rights pass to you or to your client. In full white label the repository and the documentation carry your brand.Who: VulCode
6Care after launch
We run maintenance, backups and monitoring on your behalf, and we make the changes the client asks for on an agreed timeline, without contacting them. The client keeps talking to you.Who: VulCode, on your behalf
Who answers for what
We agree the split before the first project and keep to it in every one after. This is how it looks when you are the one talking to the client.
You, the partnerVulCode
The client

VulCodeWe do not contact your client outside the agreed scope and we do not poach them. It is a clause of the agreement.

VulCodeWe say what the code needs, and we make the wireframes and the clickable prototype with you when there are none yet.
The price

VulCodeWe fix your notes and the client's before a stage is signed off.
After launch
You, the partnerThe client keeps talking to you, and the new graphics they ask for are yours to make.
VulCodeBackups, monitoring and fixes on an agreed timeline, on your behalf.
How we bill your client's project
You get our technical price and set your own margin for the client. In a joint project the split of the invoices goes into the agreement before the start.
From us
The technical priceA fixed price per project when the scope is known upfront, or a block of hours for ongoing work and changes. You usually get the quote within an hour of the brief.
Payment in stagesThe stages go into the order, most often three equal parts: before the start, after a stage sign-off and after final sign-off.You see the invoice for every stage in the panel with its status.
On your side
Your workStrategy, design and running the client stay in your quote, priced the way you price them. The client gets one offer, from you.
Your marginYou set it yourself and add it to our technical price. You choose how to bill the client.
Your client's priceIn full white label you issue the invoice to the client, and we bill the care after launch to you separately, on a subscription or on request.
When you would rather not run the project, you refer the client with your panel link, and every invoice they pay earns you a commission. This is the partner program tab.
10% of every invoice
The default rate on every paid invoice of the referred client, their later orders included.
No time limit
The commission accrues on every later paid invoice, with no end date.
Straight to the wallet
It lands in the wallet the moment the invoice is paid and pays for our services. We make no payouts to a bank account.
A link with your own code
The code has 4 to 20 characters: letters, digits, a dash or an underscore. You change it in the panel.
No company, no contract
A client panel account is enough to refer, with no separate contract.
A higher rate for standing partners
Whoever refers us regularly can get a higher rate and marketing materials. You ask for it through support in the panel.
What you get as a partner
The clauses of the agreement and the rules that hold from the first joint project.
Code rights in writing
We put the transfer of the economic rights in writing, with the fields of use, so you know what you may do with the code.
An NDA before the first call
We sign the confidentiality agreement before we discuss details. It covers the client, the project and the data.
Talking to the developer
A question about your client's project goes straight to the person who writes the code, with no salesperson in between.
Dates in the order
The scope, dates and payment stages go into the order, and any change of scope only in writing.
Warranty from sign-off
We fix bugs from our work at no extra cost, as standard for 90 days from final sign-off.
Care on your behalf
We run maintenance on your behalf or hand the code and documentation to your team.
Out of our portfolio
We show a joint project in our portfolio only if you do not ask for confidentiality. One sentence in the order is enough.
One panel for the projects
Projects, invoices, sign-offs and tickets in the same client panel our clients use.
How to start
Four steps from the first message to the first joint project, with no multi-page form.
1
Tell us who you are
What you do, which projects you sell and what your clients are missing on the technical side.
2
A talk about the model
Which model suits your projects, who runs the client and who answers for what after launch.
3
A framework agreement
Confidentiality, code rights and billing written down once, for every project that follows.
4
The first project
You send the brief and get the technical quote and a client panel account for projects, invoices and referrals.
In one week we got the full package: the website, a CMS and a client panel with an admin dashboard. Everything works flawlessly and looks genuinely professional. The speed and quality exceeded our expectations - I recommend them without hesitation.
