Case studies: from the problem to a working system

Projects described in full: the problem they solve, what we decided and why, how they are built and what their users get.

Flaem: configuring a VPS in the operator's store

Every project starts with a problem

Each with the problem it came with and the system that solves it. The case study itself covers the decisions, the architecture and the key screens.

Flaem: the operator dashboard

Flaem

A platform for hosting companies

  • The problem

A hosting company keeps sales, a game panel, a VPS panel and glue modules in four systems that have to be stitched together.

  • What we built

One system instead of four: a store with local and European payments, the client panel, node agents and apps for phone and desktop.

Plazer: a channel with a thread

Plazer

An encrypted messenger for communities

  • The problem

Communities keep their conversations on someone else's servers, where the operator reads everything and history goes with the account.

  • What we built

Private messages encrypted with MLS (RFC 9420), a Rust core running in the browser and a community server you host yourself.

Aphrodi

A creative agency

  • The problem

The agency needs a site it runs itself, analytics with no third-party scripts and a panel for its clients.

  • What we built

A site with a content back end and analytics of its own, and a client panel with projects, billing and an affiliate programme.

DualFroz: the home page

DualFroz

The founder's personal site

  • The problem

A developer's personal site has to be fast, bilingual and visible in Google while showing data that changes every day.

  • What we built

A PHP router renders the HTML on the server, the views are plain JavaScript without a framework and GitHub stats come from our own API.

WaveHost: the client panel

WaveHost

A hosting provider

  • The problem

A hosting provider needed a sales site, a client panel and a game panel that the customer experiences as one system.

  • What we built

A sales site, a client panel that provisions services automatically and a Pterodactyl theme, joined by a signed account link.

What each project covers

Most of our projects are more than one thing: a site with a back end, a panel, integrations and apps in one team.
