They are the ratings the authors gave on Trustpilot, each with its own review. Reviews sent to us directly have no stars, because nobody gave any.

Why do you not show an average rating?

Because an average a company works out about itself says little. You will see the rating where clients gave it: Trustpilot calculates it by its own rules, and every review there has a date and an author.

How do you collect reviews?

After the project is finished and accepted we ask whether the client would write a few words, without pressure and without ready-made texts. The client decides whether to publish it on Trustpilot or send it to us.
