Lokal on a waiter's and an owner's phone: open table and takeaway tabs with the status of every item, adding dishes and settling the bill at the table, plus reservations, the kitchen screen and the day's dashboard laid out for a small screen. The venue and the language switch from the top bar, and the rest of the menu folds into a side drawer.
Overview
Lokal is a panel for running a restaurant, bar, club or cafe. At the bar and in the office it runs on a big screen, but most of a venue's day happens on the floor: a waiter takes the order at the table, and the owner checks the numbers away from the computer. That is why the same panel has a full phone layout.
The same panel, a different layout
On a phone the panel folds the side menu into a drawer, and the top bar keeps what is used most: the venue picker, notifications, the language and the account. Every screen, from reservations to reports, stacks into one column of cards, with buttons big enough to hit with a thumb.
Tabs at the table
every table and takeaway order has its own card with the opening time and the person running it.

Reservations, kitchen and dashboard
From the phone you see the day's reservations with party size, table and confirmation status, the kitchen screen with what needs preparing, and the day's dashboard with revenue, reservations, open orders, occupancy and the team on shift. The owner has the same numbers as at the desk, without calling the venue.
Permissions and languages
The phone does not bypass permissions: a waiter sees and does the same as in the browser, and areas they have no access to do not appear in the menu. The panel speaks Polish and English, and the language switches from the top bar.
