Subiekt GT and nexo integration with your store and KSeF
Store orders arrive in Subiekt as documents, and stock and prices flow back to the store. Subiekt itself sends invoices to KSeF; we make sure the data they are built from is complete.
Which Subiekt, and which integration route
InsERT has two product lines. The version decides whether you can write your own extensions.
Do you collect orders in BaseLinker, and does the standard flow do?
Allegro and the store in one place, then order, document and stock, with no document rules of your own.

Where each part runs
The integration never touches Subiekt's database directly. It works through Sfera, the same rules the program uses. A sample layout for a cloud store and Subiekt in the office.
Security
- Outbound connections only
The connector reaches out to your store, not the other way round. The program's database is never exposed to the internet.
- API keys in the settings
Store API keys in the connector settings, not in code.
- A limited operator account
A Subiekt operator account limited to the operations it needs.
What we sync
Subiekt is the source of truth for goods and stock; the store for online orders and customers.
- A warehouse and price list set for the storeThe store shows stock from a specific warehouse and prices from a specific list. The choice must be explicit, not a default.
- Stock after a document, price after a price list changeStock goes back to the store after every document in Subiekt, the price after a price list change. A periodic check catches anything that drifted.
- A shared identifier, variants includedA code or EAN by which the store and Subiekt recognise the same product, variants included.
A ready connector or an integration via Sfera
If you sell through BaseLinker, the ready connection often suffices. We write code where your process goes beyond it.
What we settle before the first line of code
Most problems with Subiekt integrations come from settings, not code.
Which Subiekt version do you have, and with Sfera?
Why we askWithout Sfera there is no official route to write extensions for Subiekt GT. We check this first.
Rollout step: Splitting roles
Which warehouse and price list should the store use?
Why we askThe store shows stock from a specific warehouse and prices from a specific list. The choice must be explicit, not a default.
Rollout step: Product map
Are there funds for KSeF in the InsERT Wallet?
Why we askSending to KSeF from the program uses InsPunkty. An empty wallet stops invoices even though the integration works.
How do the store and Subiekt recognise the same product?
Why we askA code or EAN by which the store and Subiekt recognise the same product, variants included.
Rollout step: Product map
How should discounts, delivery and packaging appear on the document?
Why we askDelivery and store discounts need their own document lines, or the totals will not match.
Rollout step: The connector on a data copy
Do business orders carry the tax number and full address?
Why we askA business order has to carry the tax number and full address, or the invoice fails validation.
Rollout step: The connector on a data copy
An example rollout, not a case study: a custom store and Subiekt nexo PRO
- Splitting rolesAllegro stays on the BaseLinker integrator and the store gets its own connector, so the same orders never take two routes.Question 1
- Product mapWe match products by code, check variants and set the store's price list.Questions 2, 4
- The connector on a data copyWe build and test on a database copy, comparing documents with ones issued by hand.Questions 5, 6
- Launch and watchWe switch on orders and stock, and for the first days compare stock in both systems.
