A medical and dental practice website with appointment booking
Patients pick a service and a time, get an SMS reminder, and a cancelled visit goes back into the calendar for the next person. The website informs about services and prices the way Polish rules allow, and the form does not collect health data it does not need.
Booking a visit in three screens
The shortest path from search to a slot in the calendar. Reception does not answer the phone mid-procedure.
Service and specialist
The patient chooses a service with its duration and a doctor, or the first free slot.
A free slot
The calendar shows only real windows, taking the procedure length into account.
Booking details
Name and a phone number for the reminder. The form does not ask about symptoms or medical history.
What a practice can show online and how to protect data
A medical practice in Poland has different rules than a store or a salon. This is how we turn them into content and forms. We write this as the website builder, not a law firm, so it is not legal advice.
Service information without advertising features
Entities providing medical services publish information about the scope and types of services, but its content and form must not have the features of advertising (art. 14(1) of the Polish act on medical activity). The website describes services, the team and prices factually, without promised outcomes.
- Service name, duration and price
- No promised outcomes
- No comparisons with other practices
Health data is a special category
Health data falls under art. 9 of the GDPR. That is why the booking form only collects contact details, and medical information is collected by the practice at the visit or in its records system.
- Full name
- Phone for the reminder
- E-mail, if the patient also wants the confirmation by mail
A beauty salon is a different case
A beauty salon that is not a medical entity is not covered by art. 14 of that act. Its website can be more promotional, and we only watch consumer rules and the GDPR.
- A medical entity: information about services without advertising features
- A beauty salon that is not a medical entity: the website can be promotional
- In both cases: consumer rules and the GDPR
Reminders without details
The SMS reminder gives the date and time, not the procedure, because someone else may read the phone.
- A reminder of your visit tomorrow, Wed Nov 18, at 8:00.
- Your practice, 5 Sample Street.
- Change or cancel: gabinet.example.com/w/…
- No service or doctor named
A website where patients find answers before calling
Most calls to reception are about whether the practice offers a service, what it costs and who does it. The website answers factually.
- A patient's question:
Do you offer this treatment?
Services as their own pages
Each service has a page with a description, duration and how to prepare.
- A patient's question:
How much does it cost?
Prices in one place
Service prices edited in the panel, marking those that depend on the scope of treatment.
- A patient's question:
Who does it?
Team and specialisations
Who sees patients and for what, with booking for a specific person. No photos if the team prefers not.
Three kinds of practice, three sets of rules
Medical, dental and beauty practices differ in what they may show and what data they collect. We set the boundaries for a specific practice with you, and with your lawyer or chamber if in doubt.

A cancelled visit does not stay an empty slot
Four steps that look after the calendar. Practices with long waiting lists gain the most.
Booking · Patient
A slot on the website or through reception.
Reminder · System
An SMS the day before with a cancellation link.
Cancellation · Patient
One click instead of a call nobody answers.
Waiting list · System
The free slot goes to people waiting for an earlier visit.
