One window for the whole shift, with the same data as in the browser and on a waiter's phone.
Overview
At the bar and in the venue's office the panel stays open from opening to closing. Lokal on a computer is the same panel in its own steady window laid out for a big screen, because reservations, tabs, the kitchen and inventory change every few minutes and the window must not get lost among browser tabs.
Reservations on a day timeline
Reservations line up on a day timeline table by table, split by room, with a line for the current hour. A new reservation is created by double-clicking a table's row at the chosen hour, and the view switches between the timeline and a list.
Floor plan, tabs and kitchen
The floor plan shows the tables and their state. Table and takeaway tabs show the status of every item, and the kitchen screen, refreshed live, opens full screen at the pass.
