A website that raises money, not just describes the mission: appeals with progress, one-off and monthly donations, a 1.5% tax campaign with the KRS number and reports in one place.
From the first donation, through managing a monthly gift, to giving 1.5% of their tax.
At the top of the form the donor sees the appeal they are giving to: the goal, the amount raised, what is still missing and how many days are left. They choose one-off or monthly, tap a preset amount or type their own, enter an email for the receipt and can tick that the gift is shown as anonymous. A monthly gift goes by card through a payment operator, while BLIK and bank transfer come with a one-off gift. Once paid, the appeal counter goes up by itself and the gift is assigned to that goal, so nobody copies amounts from a bank statement.
Donors change the amount, pause or end their monthly gift themselves, without writing to the foundation. The panel shows the active gift, the date of the next card charge and the progress of the appeal it supports, including their own gifts. Below sits the history of every gift, one-off gifts to other goals included, and yearly summaries to download as PDF. Every receipt email links to the panel, so the foundation does not handle requests to change an amount or send a yearly summary.
The KRS number and the specific purpose have copy buttons, so the taxpayer pastes them into the return without retyping digits. Below come the steps in order: the KRS number in the 1.5% part of the PIT return, the specific purpose, consent to share their details if the foundation is to know whom to thank, and the filing deadline. A timeline shows when the money arrives: returns from 15 February to 30 April, the transfer from the tax office between May and July, and the list with amounts by 30 September. The footer carries the note that the campaign is funded from 1.5% money, which the law requires.
Donors give more readily when they see the goal, the progress and what happened to earlier donations.
The counter grows after every paid donation, with no copying amounts from the bank account.
Every donation is assigned to an appeal, so the foundation knows how much each goal raised.
The appeal page gets a post on what the money paid for. That is what builds trust before the next one.
BLIK, cards and transfers through a payment operator, with monthly giving by card.
Three sources of money the website handles differently. The organisation gets the taxpayer's details and amount only if the taxpayer agrees in the return (art. 45c(5) of the PIT Act).

Public benefit (OPP) status in Poland brings 1.5% of income tax, and also obligations that are easiest to meet on your own website. The wording is quoted in Polish, as published in the Journal of Laws. We write this as the website builder, not a law firm, so it is not legal advice.
The deadlines come from the statutes. The website and panel remind you before they become urgent.
