VulCode

Online store development in Kraków

VulCode, a software house from Kraków, builds online stores for companies in and around Kraków. We build them from scratch or on Shoper, WooCommerce, Shopify and WordPress, with BLIK and Przelewy24 payments and shipping through InPost and couriers. For the first talk we come to your company or meet online, and the free quote comes back within an hour.

What a store includes
The store order panel: orders from the store, Allegro and Erli with their next step, a stock mismatch on top and a return in progress
Choosing an InPost locker at checkout on a phone: a map of points, the nearest locker and the button to pick up there

A store from scratch, Shoper, Shopify or WooCommerce?

We build all four. You choose a platform by where it ends, not by what it offers at the start: the range, selling to businesses, the need for custom code and who looks after updates decide.

Payments and shipping in the store

Clients pay the way they pay every day, and parcels go out without retyping addresses. Every integration has a page of its own on how we connect it.

Paying with a BLIK code in a store checkout on a phone

Payments

BLIK

A BLIK code payment at checkout, with no card number to type. The order status changes by itself once the payment is booked.

An order history in the store panel: Przelewy24 payment events, transaction verification and a retried notification

Payments

Przelewy24

Every gateway notification in the order history, with transaction verification, even when a notification arrives on the second try.

My orders on a phone: a parcel waiting in a locker, the shipment stages and a button to track it with the carrier

Shipping

InPost lockers

The client picks a locker on a map and sees the shipment status in their store account.

Shipments in transit in the store panel: columns from label to delivery, InPost, DPD and Furgonetka on one board

Shipping

Couriers

Shipments from several carriers on one status board, with the label generated from the order panel.

How much an online store costs

An online store costs from PLN 2,499, from scratch or on a platform. We calculate the figure for your store in a free quote, and these factors move it most.

Raises the cost: A large catalogue with variants and prices and stock imported from a wholesaler's XML or CSV file.
Products and variants
Lowers the cost: A smaller catalogue to start, with more products added in the panel.
Raises the cost: Several gateways and carriers, and shipping costs by weight, basket or zone.
Payments and shipping
Lowers the cost: One gateway with BLIK and InPost lockers to start.
Raises the cost: Allegro, wholesalers, ERP or invoicing software, each connection with tests and error handling.
Integrations
Lowers the cost: The platform's ready add-ons where they are enough.
Raises the cost: Products, customers and order history moved by a script, with record counts compared.
Data from the old store
Lowers the cost: A new store without history, or importing products only.
Raises the cost: Custom code, when the store has to work differently from what a platform allows.
Platform
Lowers the cost: Shoper, Shopify or WooCommerce, when their features are enough.

The scope you describe: where the quote starts

The first talk: online or at your place in Kraków

We have no office for meetings, so we come to your company in and around Kraków. The rest of the work runs online, and you follow the progress in the client panel.

The vulcode.com contact form on a phone: phone number, the SaaS platform or store project type, the description and a passed anti-spam check
A message from VulCode with three times for an online call and the option of meeting in Kraków, with the client's reply and the confirmed time
  1. A few sentences about the storeWhat you sell, how many products you have and how you want to take payments. That is enough for a first quote.
  2. A time for the talkWe suggest a few times: online or at your company, in and around Kraków.
  3. A talk where your store runsOn site we see how you take orders today, where the stock lives and who packs the parcels. That does not show in a project brief.
  4. A quote within an hourFree, with what it covers, what it does not, payment stages and a date.

A ready store: what works from day one

The store covers the whole path from the product page to the invoice and the return, also for clients who buy without an account.

  • A product page on a phone: photos, the price with VAT, availability, the EAN code and the add to cart button

A product page with variants and stock

Every variant has its own price, photo and stock level, and a product with zero stock cannot be added to the cart. The page has its own address, description and structured data Google can show the price from.

  • Withdrawal from the contract in the client account: the time left of the 14 days, the products to send back and a refund by the same method

A return within 14 days from the client account

A consumer can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The return form is part of the store, and the request lands in the panel with the order number.

  • An order in the client account: the stages from placing it to shipping and a VAT invoice with its KSeF number to download as a PDF

    An invoice with every order

The invoice is issued in the software you use, for example Fakturownia or wFirma, and goes from there to the client and to KSeF.

  • Packing orders on a phone: an Allegro order cancelled mid-way, the item to put back on the shelf and the next parcels

Allegro orders in the same panel

You list products on Allegro from the store panel, and the orders from there land in the same list and take stock off.
