A real estate agency website with listings and a map

Listings with search and a map, import from the system your agency already uses, agent pages and enquiries that go straight to the agent handling the listing, not to a shared inbox.

Commerce and tech
The agency's listing search: filters for type, location, price, area, rooms and floor, a list of 12 listings with the agent of each and a map with prices
A listing on a phone: photos, price, details, the listing agent and a viewing form with a choice of times

A listing entered once, an enquiry with the right agent

Two flows that save an agency the most work: publishing a listing and handling an enquiry. Import works from the format your agency system already sends to portals, or through its API if it has one. We check before quoting.

The agency panel of client enquiries: the list of enquiries with agent and status, the listing import from the agency system, holiday cover and the route of one enquiry from the form to the agent's notification with a copy for the office
  1. Agency system

The agent enters the listing where they always do, along with the portal export.

  2. Agency website

The listing appears on the website automatically, with the same reference.

  3. Enquiry

A viewing form on the listing, with a phone number and time.

  4. Listing agent

A notification for the agent assigned to the listing, copied to the office.

Holiday cover

The enquiry with the covering agent, no lost client

Three ways to run listings online

Most agencies use portals and should keep using them. The question is what happens on your own website.

  2. A listing entered only once (Website with hand-entered listings): twice: system and website
  3. A listing entered only once (Website importing from the agency system): once, in the agency system
  4. Listings on the website always up to date (Portals only): not applicable

The portals stay where they are. A website importing from the agency system adds listings online with no extra work, enquiries with the right agent and Google traffic on your own domain.

Agent pages and assigned enquiries

In an estate agency each agent is a brand. The website shows that, and enquiries reach them without passing through reception.

An agent page on a phone: Agent 02 with their area, Call and Message buttons, contact details, the agent's current listings and a form for listing a property
  1. The agency setsAn agent profile with their listings
    Client and agent get

An agent page with current listings and contact details

  2. The agency setsListing assignment in the system
    Client and agent get

The enquiry straight with the agent handling it

  3. The agency setsA form for listing a property
    Client and agent get

A seller's submission with the right agent

How we would build it for your agency

We do not have a delivered estate agency project yet, so we describe how one would run.

Starting point
The agency
An agency with several agents, sales and lettings listings
Today
Listings kept in estate agency software with a portal export, and a website with listings typed in by hand or none at all.
  1. Agency software with a portal export
Export format checked before the quote

    Export check

We look at the format your system sends to portals.

  2. Listings typed in a second time, or not at all
Listings online with no extra work

Listing import from the agency system

The listing appears on the website automatically, with the same reference.

  3. A website with listings typed in by hand, or none
Google traffic on its own domain

Search with a map and listing pages

Type, price, area, rooms, floor and location, with results on a list and a map at once.

  4. Notification from the agency website
New enquiry about listing 1042/OMS: a viewing on Sat Oct 17, morning. You lead this listing.

    Agent pages and enquiry assignment

A notification for the agent assigned to the listing, copied to the office.

Result: Listings online with no extra work, enquiries with the right agent, google traffic on its own domain. The scope depends on the agency software and the format it exports listings in.
