  • A ticketA reply or a fix
  1. A ticket

You VulCode. A ticket from the client panel reaches the right person, and the client knows what is happening with it.

Whether to leave a review, and where, is the client's decision.

Your tasks

What you will work on day to day. We fit the scope to the time you have.

Client Relations
A conversation with a client does not end at launch.

During the project

  • Contact during the project
  • Client tickets

You take organisational questions yourself and pass technical ones to the team with context. A ticket from the client panel reaches the right person, and the client knows what is happening with it.

After launch

  • Contact after launch
  • Reviews

Checking how the project works after launch, whether anything is missing and whether they would recommend us. Asking satisfied clients for a Trustpilot review, without pushing.

Renewals and history

  • Renewals
  • The client's history

A conversation before a service's paid period ends: what the client renews and what else they need. Who, when, about what and what next, recorded so the client never has to repeat themselves.

What this role is about

During the project

During a project the client has questions, tickets and organisational matters, while we write the code. We want someone on the client's side who always answers or passes the matter on with context.

After launch

After handover the contact with a client often fades, and that is exactly when they could refer us, leave a review or come back with the next project. We want someone to look after these relationships on purpose.

What happens after you send it

1You send an email

To hello@vulcode.com, with the role in the subject line and examples of your work.

2We read it

The application goes straight to the person you will work with, with no HR department in between.

3An online call

A short call in Polish or English about what you do and how you see the role.

4We agree on the scope

How much time, which tasks to start with and how we settle up, before you begin.

Probably not if

You want to promise deadlines and prices without asking the team. You would rather find new businesses than look after current clients: then the Sales Manager role suits you better. You find it hard to get back to a client who has complaints.
