VulCode

Panels & dashboards

Panels for clients, operators, resellers and teams: from hosting and hotels to restaurants and internal systems. Each with role-based permissions and data straight from the backend.

Other categories

VulCode client panel

The client panel for our own brand: projects, billing, an affiliate program with automatic commission payout and support tickets. Role-based access control, a multilingual interface and data straight from the backend. The same code behaves like a native app on a phone.

Staff panel

An internal staff panel that brings VulCode and Aphrodi clients together in one place. Account flags, wallets, the affiliate program, audit and billing - with permissions scoped per brand. One source of truth for the whole support team.

Aphrodi client panel

A twin client panel in Aphrodi's full identity. The same proven core as the VulCode panel, a different brand and palette - proof that our panel architecture is genuinely multi-brand. The client gets a coherent tool without building everything from scratch.

WaveHost client panel

The client panel for a hosting provider: ordering and managing VPS and dedicated servers, a wallet, invoices and a referral program. A modern stack with secure authentication and a safe handshake to the game panel. The client runs everything from one place.

SafeBands

The operational core of a medtech platform for a startup building smart rescue wristbands. We built the whole system: accounts with access control, real-time device monitoring, alerts and an emergency portal accessible without logging in. A backend built to medical-grade reliability.

Monitoring and status

An internal monitoring system with a public status page and incident handling. Uptime counted honestly - time without observation is "unknown", and maintenance windows do not inflate availability. Incidents live where the team already is, with a clear history for clients.

Flaem operator panel

The panel a hosting company runs its whole Flaem installation from: nodes and onboarding them, plans, finance, KSeF invoices, the network with BGP and a team with a permission for every action. The dashboard gathers sales, node health and the matters waiting for a human, and the setup checklist takes a fresh installation to its first sale. Risky actions wait for a second signature and land in the audit log.

Flaem reseller panel

The panel where a reseller sells the operator's servers under their own brand: logo, domain, colors, pricing with a margin, invoices under their own tax ID and their own ticket desk. The panel will not save a price below wholesale, and every sale and renewal adds the margin to the reseller's ledger, from which they withdraw it. Permissions end at their own clients, so they never reach the operator's nodes or other resellers.

Flaem client panel

The panel where a hosting company's client buys and runs their own services: game servers with a live console, files and backups, VPSs, websites, domains and mail. The wallet, invoices, referrals, tickets and security settings sit in the same place, and charts show usage second by second. The panel wears the brand of the operator or reseller whose domain the client came in through.

Atrium hotel panel

The daily panel for a hotel's front desk and owner: the day starts with arrivals, departures, rooms to clean and open issues, and ends with closing the day. The same place runs bookings on a timeline, housekeeping, the restaurant and room service, inventory with supplier orders, the team schedule and a guest portal that needs no account. Every action stays in the hotel's activity log.

Lokal hospitality panel

The panel an owner and team run a restaurant, bar, club or cafe from: the day's dashboard, reservations on the floor plan, table and takeaway tabs, a kitchen screen and the menu. Plus events, happy hours and bundles, inventory with supplier orders, a schedule with shift costs and an end-of-day report with tips and voids. Team permissions are set separately for each area.
