The tool starts in your browser.
Everything is calculated in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to our server.
How to use it in three steps
The tool as a schematic with this page's example. Each step's number stands where you take it: in the fields, at the result or outside the tool.
Type the message text.
Add spoilers, code, quotes and headers with buttons.
Copy the result and paste it into Discord.
A password under a spoiler and a command in a code block
The tool's buttons add Discord markdown marks. The preview reads the result with the same parser as the tool, so it shows what the reader sees. The result is computed by the same function the tool at the top of the page uses, every time the page is shown.
You type
- Text
- Password:
- To hide
- kosmos123
- Command
- /join mc.example.com
Spoiler
- Line 1
- Password: ||kosmos123||
A spoiler is two vertical bars on each side. The reader sees a cover until they click it.
Code block
- Lines 2 to 4
``` /join mc.example.com ```
A code block is three backticks on their own lines before and after the text. Discord sets it in a fixed-width font.
What the preview reads
- 1. plain text
- Password:
- 2. spoiler
- kosmos123
The parser takes only what Discord renders inside a line: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, spoiler and code.
The message to paste
Password: ||kosmos123|| ``` /join mc.example.com ```
How the reader sees the message
The password stays covered until the reader clicks it. The command sits in a code block, in a fixed-width font.
