Where is config_remoteadmin.txt?

In the server config folder, next to config_gameplay.txt, inside the folder named after the port.

Six ways to write a player into the Who gets the rank field

The game file takes a player as a SteamID64 ending in @steam or a Discord ID ending in @discord. The tool turns other Steam ID forms into @steam and keeps out of the file anything it cannot convert without contacting Steam.
