An off-the-shelf CRM charges per seat, every month. Pipedrive runs from EUR 14 to EUR 79 per seat a month, excluding VAT, on annual billing. HubSpot Sales Hub Professional starts at USD 90 per seat a month, plus a required one-time onboarding fee of USD 1,500. A team of 10 salespeople on that plan pays at least USD 10,800 a year, and every new hire adds another seat.
A custom panel carries no per-seat licence: a new user is a new account, not a new line on the invoice. The price is set by modules.
Modules that weigh in a panel quote
| Module | What it changes in scope |
|---|---|
| Number of views | up to 10 on Starter, up to 25 on Pro, no limit on Enterprise |
| Roles and permissions | from basic roles to RBAC, where each department sees only its own data |
| Sign-in | password, 2FA by TOTP app or SMS, SSO on Enterprise |
| Integrations | reading and writing to your ERP, payment gateway and current CRM, outgoing webhooks to n8n or Zapier |
| Audit log | every sign-in and data change recorded with time, IP address and user |
An example from our own work
Our client panel runs projects, tickets, invoices and payments from one account, and clients follow the schedule, progress reports and documents there. They check the status of work, open tickets and invoices themselves, without emailing to ask.
If your team stays on Pipedrive or HubSpot, we connect it to the rest of the business through its API and add a custom panel only where the ready system cannot hold your data. Once the panel is accepted and paid for, its code is yours.
Packages, modules and how we quote are on our panels and dashboards page.
