A store selling on its own site and Allegro, now adding Erli, Empik or Amazon, needs one place for orders and stock. We compare three tools built for that job, and BaseLinker now trades as Base. Prices are in PLN excluding VAT, from vendor price lists, and the limits come from their API docs.
Three tools at 1,000 orders a month
| Point | Base (BaseLinker) | Apilo | Sellasist |
|---|---|---|---|
| Plan price | PLN 279, Business plan | PLN 399, Professional plan, up to 1,500 orders | PLN 359, the 501 to 1,000 order tier |
| API limit | 100 requests a minute | 150 requests a minute | a limit applies, the docs give no figure |
| API access | a token in the X-BLToken header | OAuth with a refresh token | an apiKey and your account address |
| Detecting changes | an order event journal for the last 3 days | an updatedAfter filter on the order list | an order change log |
Stock speed matters more than price
On the Business plan, Base syncs orders, stock and prices in real time. Apilo's listed plans update stock every 2 hours and prices every 4. With one unit left, that gap is the window in which the same item sells on two channels.
When to build your own link
We connect your store or ERP to the chosen tool through one API, with a queue that sends stock updates after a sale first and a buffer for low stock. When selling is the core of your platform, or you need rules a ready tool cannot store, we build a module that talks to each channel's API directly. Every integration runs first on the provider's sandbox or a copy of your data.
Our multichannel selling page shows how channels, hub and stock fit together.
